The distance is not prohibitive as they are only 35 km, but we must say that they are all uphill, so we cannot say that it is an easy path.
The setting of this tour, however, is indescribable: those surrounding us are not just mountains but real works of art!
Monte Pelmo and Antelao stand out against the sky, enormous and majestic.
Once reached Cortina, a walk along the luxurious “liston” of the Pearl of the Dolomites is a must to enjoy the almost retro atmosphere,
typical of the movies of the ’60s, when “La Dolce Vita” gave to those bars and those benches celebrity moments.
At this point the return to Calalzo is noteworthy, because from the road that brings us back to the starting point there is a splendid view of the lake,
which we did not notice passing the first time.
